Welcome to Avyra (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree:
To use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.
Not to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., by hacking or distributing malware).
Website Use: If you access the Service through our website, you may join the waitlist or sign up for beta testing by providing your name and email address.
No image uploads or skin analysis are conducted through the website.
Beta Access: If you are selected to participate in a private beta of the Service, you agree to keep non-public features, content, or information confidential and not to share screenshots, recordings, or details without prior written consent from the Company.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the Service (excluding user-uploaded photos) are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the photos and information you upload.
By uploading photos, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store those photos solely to provide you with the Service and your personal analysis history.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions to upload any content you submit.
Third-Party AI Analysis: To perform image analysis, Avyra uses the Zyla Labs Skin Analysis API, a trusted third-party AI service. Uploaded images are securely transmitted to Zyla Labs’ servers for temporary processing and analysis. Zyla Labs does not receive your name, email, or other identifying information. After analysis, results are returned to Avyra, and the image is deleted from Zyla Labs’ systems.
6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The Service provides informational, cosmetic skin-health insights only. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Any forecast images or zone overlays are visual simulations for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or dermatologist for medical concerns. Results generated by Zyla Labs or other AI systems are estimates and are provided for informational purposes only.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate or link to third-party platforms, including Zyla Labs, which process images solely to support our skin-analysis features. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, data-handling practices, or availability of any third-party service. 8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability
