After processing, results are returned to Avyra, and the images are deleted from Zyla Labs’ servers.
Website Waitlist Information:
If you visit our website and choose to join our waitlist, we may collect your name and email address. No images are collected on the website.
Device & Usage Data:
IP address, device type, app version, and usage metrics to maintain and improve the Service.

Third-Party AI Processing:
To deliver skin analysis features, Avyra uses the Zyla Labs Skin Analysis API. When you upload a photo, it is securely transmitted to Zyla Labs’ servers for temporary processing and analysis. Zyla Labs does not receive your name, email, or any identifying information—only the image needed for analysis. We keep your uploaded photos only while your account remains active, so that you can view your skin-analysis history and 3-month forecast images.
These photos are processed solely to generate your personal forecast visuals and are not used to train or improve any machine-learning models.
If you delete specific photos or close your account, those images will be removed from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations we must meet.
The 3-month forecast images and any zone overlays are visual simulations for educational purposes only and are not intended to provide a medical diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or dermatologist for any medical concerns.

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
